4 Deposits & Withdrawals

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,200 bonus, making the total balance ৳2,200. Depositing ৳10,000 or more gives the maximum ৳5,000 bonus, making the total balance ৳15,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 10 times the bonus amount. This applies to the bonus amount only — not to the deposit amount.

Example: receiving a ৳1,200 bonus requires placing ৳1,200 × 10 = ৳12,000 in bets before winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

  • Each promotion has its own specific terms and applies separately.
  • A bonus is applicable only once per account.
  • hb99 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
  • If evidence of promotional abuse is found, the bonus will be voided.
  • Attempting to claim bonuses through multiple accounts or from the same device is prohibited.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

  • Once a bet is placed, it cannot be changed or cancelled — a cashout option may apply in certain cases.

6.3 Sports Betting Rules

Markets shown in sports betting are for illustrative purposes only — no guarantee is given regarding specific match dates, times, or outcomes. If a match is cancelled or postponed, separate rules will apply to the settlement of related bets.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the hb99 platform and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of balance:

  • Operating multiple accounts or opening more than one account under the same person's name.
  • Using artificial methods to abuse bonuses (bonus abuse).
  • Money laundering or using illegal funds.
